INSTRUCTIONS There are 2 ways to sublimate 1 is in the oven, and 1 is in the press. Oven 375F for 6 minutes. If you can't stand the tumblers upright in the oven, lay the tumbler in the oven and turn it 180 degrees every 2 minutes for 6 minutes, and pull the tumbler out after 6 minutes. Cup Press 365F for 40 seconds. If your press does not fit the entire tumbler, turn the tumbler on the side that was not pressed and press for another 40 seconds.
