Introducing ALEXES candle-making mold set. The plastic mold kit is made of Capron, which is suitable for casting candle wax, paraffin, and other candle bases numerous times. The material is harmless and resistant to high and low temperatures, so the molds do not crack or split during use. Important to know: 1. The bubbles on the candle surface may be formed from the low pouring temperatures (below 140 °F degrees), or just simply poor wax quality. 2. Do not exceed the filling temperatures of over 167 °F degrees as this may cause leakage of the candle mass and difficulty in pulling out the candle from the mold. 3. Candle mass expands when heated and decreases during solidification, so after its melting and gradual cooling, there is a well that is formed in the center of the candle. 4. To avoid difficulties in removing, the mold needs to be lubricated before pouring and the temperature should not exceed 167 °F degrees. How To Use Step 1 To remove candles more easily, we recommend using silicone spray in advance. Step 2 Attach the wick using the metallic wire that comes in our candle mold set. Step 3 Here you can see an example of ready-for-use candle molds. Use the wick holders that come in our kit to position the wick right in the center of the mold. Step 4 Melt the wax of your choice, do remember to keep the melting temperature that is suitable for your type of wax. Step 5 Pour melted wax into the mold, wax is extremely hot, so always use gloves for protection. Step 6 To prepare the molds for each next pouring: wash them in warm, soapy water. Wipe it dry with a paper towel or cloth. Start your candle-making journey with the help of our candle mold set and you sure will not be disappointed.
