Our polyester filled standard cover pillow inserts are manufactured in our Toronto, Canada facility filled by hand, and we take pride in our staff’s ability to fill each pillow to its ideal weight. These insert are filled with 100% brand-new polyester fibers that are processed with our special machinery so that the fibers can reach their full loft potential. Our factory foreman supervises all of the production, and he ensures that all of our quality control procedures are meticulously followed. Our pillow cases are made of 100% polyester that will not shrink under the heat press. Polyester is one of the leading synthetic fibers for sublimation, since it soaks up the dyes and inks very eagerly, leaving you with a beautifully vivid and crisp image transfer. The possibilities are as endless as your imagination, as these pillows are capable or being printed not only in black and white, but full color as well. The recommended settings for sublimation are 205 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 60 seconds on medium pressure. Please test the settings before use. Everyone’s heat press is different so settings and results may vary. These covers can also be used for heat transfer vinyl on a lower heat setting and less press time. These covers are machine washable and feature a hidden zipper for easy insertion and removal of the pillow insert. Pillow inserts are made in Canada, Pillow Covers are made in China.

Polyester

Our Sublimation Pillow Covers are 100% Polyester fabric. Polyester is a synthetic fiber and therefore is perfect for sublimation. Sublimation ink is specially formulated only to bond with synthetic fibers (that way it will not permanently dye your skin if you get some on you). Polyester naturally has some elasticity to it which helps prevent it from shrinking in the heat press. Our covers are machine washable with a color-matched hidden zipper for easy insertion and removal of the pillow insert.

Our faux linen sublimation covers are made from 385 GSM heavy weight polyester fabric in order to get closer to the feel of real linen. This fabric weight is great for sublimation because the weave is close enough to be a durable finished product with a good weave, while still having enough of a porous weave for ink to percolate and dye the actual fibers, leaving your print permanent and smooth, unlike other bonding methods that leave the print sitting as another layer on top of the substrate.

Our pillow inserts are generously filled with 100% brand new high loft polyester fibers that have been processed by our special machines to their full fluffiness. The outer covering is made of durable non-woven polypropylene. Each pillow is inspected and weighed by our production staff to ensure the best quality.

We use only brand-new high-loft polyester fibers for our filling. This filling is processed by our machines to be super fluffy and soft. We have calculated what is, in our opinion, the perfect firmness to fluffiness ratio, so you’ll end up with an insert that is firm enough to be supportive, yet soft enough to provide a measure of comfort.

Recommended Sublimation Settings: 60 seconds @ 400F / 205C. Please test the settings before use. Everyone’s heat press is different so settings and results may vary. For Heat Transfer Vinyl, press on a lower temperate and less press time. Both the Pillows and Covers are machine washable and dryer safe (for the pillows use lukewarm water on the gentlest cycle, and lowest heat setting on the dryer.
